SDMC maintains a roster of over 200 trained, experienced mediators to choose from when cases come to mediation. Standards for being selected to SDMC’s mediator roster are high and are maintained through ongoing training, evaluation and feedback.

SDMC’s mediator roster includes staff members as well as non-staff mediators from over fifty different occupations who mediate here on an "as needed" basis. Occupations represented include: education, law, law enforcement, real estate, business, mental health, medicine, and engineering.
